Coaching outcomes vary between individuals and families. Whilst we strive to provide
effective support and evidence-informed strategies, we cannot guarantee any specific results
or outcomes.
Clients remain responsible for implementing any advice, strategies or recommendations
discussed during coaching sessions. - Booking and Payment
Full payment, or any agreed instalment payments, must be made in accordance with the
payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Sessions must be booked and attended within the timeframe agreed between Parenting 2
Thrive and the client.
Failure to make payment may result in services being suspended or cancelled. - Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
If Parenting 2 Thrive needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative appointment
will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
- Refund Policy
Except where required by law or under the Money Back Guarantee outlined below, coaching
fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Any requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Money Back Guarantee
Eligibility
If you complete all seven coaching sessions and are able to demonstrate that you have
consistently practised the parenting skills and strategies covered during the programme over
a continuous period of at least three months, and you have seen no positive behavioural
changes in your child, you may be eligible for a full refund of the programme fees paid. We
know how effective these parenting strategies are when carried out consistently overtime
and so this is our guarantee.
Conditions
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, you must:
Attend and complete all seven coaching sessions.
Follow and implement the agreed parenting strategies consistently for a minimum
period of three months.
Provide reasonable evidence of your implementation of the strategies, such as
completed action plans, coaching notes, journals, logs or other records requested by
Parenting 2 Thrive.
Submit your refund request in writing within 30 days following the three month time
period.
Assessment
Parenting 2 Thrive reserves the right to review all evidence provided and determine, acting
reasonably and in good faith, whether the eligibility criteria have been met.
If the criteria are satisfied, a full refund of programme fees paid will be issued within 30 days
of approval. - Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that successful outcomes depend on a range of factors beyond the
control of Parenting 2 Thrive, including consistency of implementation, family circumstances,
child development, environmental factors and individual needs.
